At Player Nineteen, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly and smoothly as a clean kick from half-back.

Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

🇦🇺 Shipping within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate
    Arrives in 2–8 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Shipping: $15.95 flat rate
    Arrives in 1–4 business days

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers like Australia Post. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order hits the road.

🌏 International Shipping

We do not ship internationally as yet. But, watch this space!

📦 Order Processing Times

  • We pack orders within 2–4 business days of receiving them.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During busy periods (like launches, finals season, or flash sales), it may take an extra day or two — we’ll always keep you in the loop.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order’s shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email so you can follow it all the way to your door (or locker, or work desk — wherever you rep the colours).

📍 Delivery Notes

  • We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia.

  • For apartments or units, please make sure your delivery instructions are clear to avoid delays.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, once your order is with the carrier, delays (especially around finals season or the holidays) can sometimes happen. We’ll always do our best to help if something goes offside.
