Returns & Refunds                                                                  

Because even the most loyal fans sometimes need a change of game plan.

At Player Nineteen, we get it - sometimes the size isn’t quite right or the style doesn’t hit how you pictured it. No worries - we’re here to make returns easy, stress-free, and fair.

Returning Your Gear

You’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to return it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still attached).

We can’t accept returns on:                                                                                        

 Final sale items.                                                                                                              

 Gift cards.                                                                                                                

 Undies or swimwear.                                                                          

Custom/personalised gear

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

  • If the product is faulty or damaged, doesn’t meet its description, or if you have been sent the wrong product, we will happily exchange, refund or repair the product with proof of purchase in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Please note clearance items may have small imperfections/faults that the consumer is made aware of at the time of purchase, and returning a clearance item for a known fault will not be accepted. You can visit us in-store or contact our Customer Care Team to discuss your options.

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • We may need to assess your product to determine an appropriate remedy. Some products may need to be sent to the manufacturer or their repair agent for assessment.

  • You may be refused a refund, repair or replacement in certain circumstances, including where you have substantially modified or misused the product.

How to Make a Return

1. Email us at info@player19.com.au with your order number and what you'd like to return.

2. We'll send you return instructions (and a return label if needed).

3. Once we receive your item and give it the once-over, we’ll issue your refund.

 

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless it was our mistake (wrong item or faulty gear).

 

Need a Different Size or Style?

We don’t do direct exchanges just yet - the best move is:

1. Return the item for store credit.

2. Place a new order for the right size.

 

Something Not Quite Right?

If your item arrives damaged or we’ve messed something up, we’ll sort it - promise.

Let us know at info@player19.com.au within 7 days and we’ll fix it with a refund or replacement.

 

Still Waiting on a Refund?
