HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We keep it simple – no salary cap surprises here.

  • $12.95 flat rate standard shipping Australia-wide
  • $15.95 flat rate express shipping Australia-wide

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days of placement.

Once shipped, standard delivery within Australia generally takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

During peak periods (think Grand Final week energy), there may be slight delays — but we’ll always work hard to move the ball quickly.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

However, if you're outside Australia and keen to get your hands on our gear, email info@player19.com.au and we’ll see what we can do — no promises, but we’ll give it a red-hot crack.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes — eligible full-priced items can be exchanged if they meet our Returns Policy conditions.

Please note:

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange due to change of mind.
  • This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if an item has a major problem, and to have the item repaired or replaced if it has a minor problem.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If you’ve changed your mind (hey, it happens), full-priced items may be returned for store credit provided:

  • The return is lodged within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging are attached

Once received and approved, store credits are processed within 7–10 business days.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you use our supplied return label, a $12.95 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

Important: This does not apply to items with a fault or items that do not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM — WHAT NOW?

That’s not the standard we train for.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact info@player19.com.au as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the fault

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if your product fails to meet consumer guarantees. Depending on the issue, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

We’ll work with you to find the appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, we’re not always able to make changes — our fulfilment team moves fast.

If you’ve entered incorrect delivery details or selected the wrong item, please contact us at info@player19.com.auimmediately. We’ll do our best to assist.

However, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

DO I NEED TO RETURN ORIGINAL PACKAGING?

For change-of-mind returns, yes — items must be returned with original tags and packaging attached and intact.

This helps ensure the item remains in saleable condition.

This requirement does not limit your rights in relation to faulty or non-compliant products under Australian Consumer Law.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Every great performance starts with the right fit.

Please refer to the size guide located under the ‘Description’ section on each product page. If you’re between sizes and unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

To keep your gear in premiership condition:

  • Gentle cold wash
  • Do not iron over prints or embellishments
  • Do not soak or leave wet
  • Avoid rough surfaces and direct heat
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Dry inside out away from direct sunlight
  • Wash separately or in a wash bag for extra protection
